We’re excited to share the release of a major holiday update for WOW’s platform, version 1.5, offering new features and upgrades to enhance your experience with your digital business card.
Introducing Analytics, a new tool enabling you to gain insights into how clients and users interact with your card. You can view daily updated analytics on how clients access your card information, whether it’s through tapping your card, scanning your QR Code, or accessing your profile directly using your URL.
Cards introduces efficient card management features. You now have the ability to unlink your card, facilitating seamless transfers to different profiles. Additionally, for enhanced security, you can easily Block and Unblock your card, preventing access if it’s misplaced. When a card is blocked, attempts to tap or scan the QR code will not redirect to your profile. If you recover a misplaced card, simply unblock it to restore its functionality.
The Contacts feature has received an upgrade, allowing you to create new contacts directly from the portal. You can now enrich each contact with additional information such as their phone number, job title, and company name. Moreover, all contact details are editable, exportable, and deletable, giving you greater flexibility and control over your contacts.
